The Role
Postmark East Dulwich is located on North Cross Road, just off of Lordship Lane in East Dulwich.

We're looking for an experienced retail manager to work five days a week (Tues - Sat) to start immediately.

As Manager of our East Dulwich branch you'd be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring that your team deliver the exceptional customer service we pride ourselves on.
Reporting to our Head of Operations, specific responsibilities include:
• Provide the highest standards of customer service
• Managing and motivating your team to increase sales and ensure efficiency across the store;
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control;
• Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales patterns;
• Analysing and interpreting trends to facilitate buying and stock control;
• Producing weekly and monthly sales reports
• Leading and managing your team including recruitment, development, coaching and well-being
• Maintaining appropriate staff levels within your budget
• Ensuring exceptional standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising are maintained

What we're looking for
A passion for cards, stationery and great design either professionally or personally would be the ideal start.

After that you should have at least five years retail experience with two or more of those years in a similar role.

With a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to drive sales, lead a team and build working relationships you'll be a confident communicator with people at all levels throughout our small but growing business.

Calm and positive, you'll be able to motivate your team and yourself to provide the very best customer service and lead by example when it comes to commitment and work ethic.
