Job Title: Assistant Manager

Location: Liverpool Street and Kings Cross

Salary: £26,500 - £28,850

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Manager to work across two stores – Kings Cross and Liverpool Street. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a flair for leadership, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and achieving store goals.
• Lead by example to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales and meet store targets through effective team management.
• Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the store team.
• Ensure high standards of merchandising and product presentation.
• Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
• Act as the store leader in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

About You:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within retail.
• A strong passion for cards, stationery, or creative products.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets.
• Organised, with a keen eye for detail and visual merchandising.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling challenges effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
