We're on the look out for an enthusiastic, confident and detail driven Assistant Manager to provide managerial support at our busy London Bridge Station store.
Full training will be provided instore so this is a great opportunity to develop your retail skills and enjoy the fast paced buzz of station life.

What we're looking for:
We're on the look out for a smart, commercially minded and ambitious Assistant Manager. This role would be the perfect challenge for someone who's already currently working as a supervisor or an assistant manager at another high street retailer and would relish the opportunity to really show off their skills and be part of a young, vibrant company as it expands.
You will play a key role in the management team at Postmark, inspiring your team with your can do attitude, confidence and enthusiasm for our brand. You'll work closely with your manager to build a buzz about Postmark, ensuring our customers always receive the first class service we pride ourselves on and your shop looks visually stunning all while driving sales and profitability.
What you will do:
- Work closely with your Manager to ensure all our customers recieve first class customer service, ensuring your team is motivated to do same, offering feedback when needed to improve standards.
- Work with your Manager to help keep sales and profits healthy at your store. This will involve analysing sales data, compiling reports and working closely with other senior members of the Postmark team to ensure stock levels are correct and you shop always looks great.
- Work closely with your Manager to train and motivate new staff.
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards and ensure operational standards are maintained throughout the store.
- Ensure company guidelines on cash and till transactions are meet
- Communicate with your team and customers in professional and clear manner, encouraging a positive work environment.
The skills you'll need:
- Proven experience in retail management - at least 1-2 years at a Supervisor level or above
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm and common sense
- Commercially awareness
- Ambition and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Able to inspire and motivate a team
