As stated above, the colour of some items may vary; if you are unhappy with the colour of an item received, a refund will be provided.
It is highly advisable to obtain proof of postage when returning an item as a refund will not be provided until the items have been received. Once they have been received, we will notify you of your refund.

In the unlikely case that the items are received damaged or not re-saleable, we reserve the right not to provide a refund to you and you will be responsible for the cost of such items being returned to you within 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
UK: Postal Deliveries in the UK will be charged at £2.50 for orders under £15 and FREE for orders over £15.
Free standard deliveries will be sent out using Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class unless otherwise selected by you.
Please note all our orders are posted Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be posted the following Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday) Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be picked and processed then shipped on Monday.
Please allow five working days for delivery, but please feel free to contact us at any time about your order, we are always happy to talk!
Orders under £15 using paid for postage will be sent out using Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to arrive.
Larger orders may be sent out using a courier service. If we use a courier service to delivery your order we will let you know by email and provide you with all the delivery details. This service can take 2-3 days.
EU and WORLDWIDE: EU deliveries will be charged at £6.50and Worldwide deliveries will be charged at £10-£30 depending on the international Zone for all orders under 1KG
Orders over 1kg to EU or Worldwide will incur a higher delivery charge depending on your location. If your order is over 1kg we will contact you to discuss your delivery.
Information regarding tax that you may have to pay on your order if you are sending it to an international address
- Orders being delivered within the European Union and internationally may attract import duty and local sales taxes
- The recipients (not the sender) will need to pay on receipt of the shipment - Postmark does not provide details, calculate or provide methods for these payments and they can't be pre-paid
- We advise these costs are checked prior to placing your order
- These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges

All orders are subject to availability, we will endeavour to keep our site fully up to date but sometimes things go out of stock quicker than expected. Sorry!
If we are unable to complete your order we will contact you straight away and you will be offered a full refund or the option to choose an alternative product at a similar price.

Once payment has been received we will email you confirmation of receipt. We will then send you an email confirming dispatch of your order once it has been completed by our warehouse and collected by Royal Mail.
