We're on the look out for two enthusiastic and confident Sales Assistant to work at our lovely shop in Waterloo Station.

We offer a guaranteed number of working hours each week, a competitive salary, generous staff discount and a great working environment.

This role involves working 10-12 hours across the week and weekend so flexibilty is needed.

Please note - As this role will involve opening the shop and occasionally working alone you must be 18 years or older to apply for this position. We are sorry we cannot consider anyone younger at this time.

Routine Daily duties will involve

1. Greeting customers who enter the shop
2. Merchandising to ensure the shop floor looks its best and has a great selection of cards, especially bestsellers, available.
3. Assisting shoppers to find items they are looking for.
4. Answering queries from customers.
5. Processing cash and card payments
6. Keeping the store tidy and clean
7. Pricing merchandise
8. Balancing cash registers with receipts if you are on a closing shift.
9. Reporting any discrepancies and problems to your supervisor.
10. Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays

5. Assistants should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day and may be required to lift stock items.
